The Founder's Method Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in The Founder's Method, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment may be made in full or via the agreed instalment plan selected at checkout.

Where a deposit and instalment plan are chosen, the deposit secures your place on the programme and is non-refundable.

By paying the deposit, you commit to completing all remaining instalment payments according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to programme resources, live sessions, recordings, community access and deliverables until outstanding balances have been settled.

Programme Duration

The Founder's Method is a three-month programme beginning on 23 September 2026 and concluding on 16 December 2026.

All programme deliverables included within your package will be completed by the programme end date, provided you supply any required information, content, feedback, approvals and availability within reasonable timeframes.

Where delays are caused by a participant's failure to provide information, attend agreed appointments or respond to requests, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.

What's Included

The Founder's Method combines strategic support, implementation guidance, accountability and selected done-for-you marketing assets designed to improve visibility, positioning and sales confidence.

Participants will receive access to:

  • Live workshops and training sessions

  • Session recordings

  • Strategic guidance and implementation support

  • Programme resources and templates

  • Community and accountability support

  • Selected done-for-you deliverables relevant to their business needs

Done-For-You Deliverables

Not every participant will receive every deliverable. Deliverables are based on individual participants’ needs and priorities and on which package participants choose.

Potential deliverables include:

  • A four-page sales pitch deck for prospective clients

  • A professionally edited sales video of up to five minutes, including script guidance

  • Sales page copy or email nurture sequence copy

  • SEO audit and website conversion review with prioritised recommendations

  • Ten edited b-roll content clips and one edited 30-second reel

  • Five sales email templates and an ideal client outreach map

  • A 30-day content plan tailored to your audience and business goals

  • A pricing confidence script designed to support sales conversations

  • A mini brand shoot with imagery for use across your website, social media and sales materials

The programme does not include:

  • Unlimited design, copywriting or editing requests

  • Ongoing social media management

  • Advertising management or paid advertising spend

  • Website builds or full website redesigns

  • Third-party software subscriptions

  • Additional deliverables not agreed within the programme scope

  • Ongoing services beyond the programme completion date

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Attending live sessions where possible

  • Watching recordings if unable to attend

  • Completing agreed actions between sessions

  • Providing information, feedback and approvals in a timely manner

  • Attending scheduled calls, shoots or delivery sessions where applicable

We cannot guarantee specific results, revenue increases, client acquisition, business growth or visibility outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, implementation and commitment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of places available and the allocation of time, resources and support throughout the programme, all payments are non-refundable.

If a participant chooses to withdraw from the programme, is unable to continue, misses sessions or does not utilise the support provided, no refunds will be issued.

Where an instalment plan has been selected, all remaining instalments remain payable in full.

The programme place is reserved specifically for the participant and cannot be transferred without prior written agreement.

In exceptional circumstances, Not Another Social and Lucy Shutt-Vine may choose to offer an alternative solution at its discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.

Missed Sessions

Participants who are unable to attend live sessions will receive access to recordings where available.

Missed sessions will not be repeated on an individual basis.

Intellectual Property

All programme content, templates, resources, training materials and supporting documents remain the intellectual property of Not Another Social and Lucy Shutt-Vine.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared or repurposed without prior written permission.

Programme Changes

Not Another Social and Lucy Shutt-Vine reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, schedules, delivery methods, guest speakers or resources where necessary.

Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining or improving the participant experience and overall programme value.

Limitation of Liability

The Founder's Method provides education, guidance, implementation support and marketing deliverables.

Participants remain responsible for all business decisions, actions and outcomes arising from their participation in the programme.

Not Another Social and Lucy Shutt-Vine shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from participation in the programme.
